Onion – 1 no chopped
Green chilli – 1 no thinly sliced
A few Coriander leaves
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Directions
- In a bowl add 1 no. finely chopped Onion
- Green Chilli 1 no finely chopped
- Few chopped of Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp of Pepper & Salt.
- Mix it well
- Finally Crack open the Egg & mix it along with the ingredients. Egg Mixture is ready
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- Pour the Egg mixture & spread it. Keep the flame on medium low.
- Cover with a lid for few seconds (*the egg gets a bit steamed on top and don’t spill when you flip!)
- 10. Now flip it over & cook.
- 11. Serve Hot.
