Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 no chopped

  • Green chilli – 1 no thinly sliced

  • A few Coriander leaves

  • Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Pepper – 1/4 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil – 2 tsp

Directions

  • In a bowl add 1 no. finely chopped Onion
  • Green Chilli 1 no finely chopped
  • Few chopped of Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp of Pepper & Salt.
  • Mix it well
  • Finally Crack open the Egg & mix it along with the ingredients. Egg Mixture is ready
  • Heat Oil in a pan.
  • Pour the Egg mixture & spread it. Keep the flame on medium low.
  • Cover with a lid for few seconds (*the egg gets a bit steamed on top and don’t spill when you flip!)
  • 10. Now flip it over & cook.
  • 11. Serve Hot.
