Ingredients
85 gram Ground Black Sesame
20 gram Rice, rinsed, soaked for about an hour
60 gram Rock Sugar or White Sugar
2 cups Water
Directions
- Rinse the rice and then drain the water. Repeat this process twice
- Soak the rice with just enough water to cover it, for about an hour
- Drain the water and add the rice in a bowl
- Add ground sesame and 2 cups of water
- Blend the mixture using a food processor, until the mixture is smooth
- Pour the mixture in a sauce pan
- Add rock sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and then cook for another 15 mins over low heat.
- Turn off the heat when it is thickened.
- Serve it in a bowl. Enjoy!
