Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cup warm milk or warm water
1/2 tsp yeast
Directions
- Add yeast, warm milk and flour in a bowl
- Stir to mix well
- Knead the dough until it is smooth
- Let it rise for 40 mins
- After 40 mins, take the dough out and gently knead.
- Now, cut the dough into 2 halves and roll one half.
- Cut it into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a bun shape.
- Let them rise for more 30 minutes.
- Place baking/steaming paper underneath the buns
- Steam for about 15-18 minutes on medium to high heat
- These are ready to serve
