Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup milk (fresh or evap)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat the softened butter until smooth.
- Add sugar and continue mixing it until it is light and fluffy
- Scrape the bowl to incorporate
- Add one egg at a time
- Scrape the side of the bowl occasionally
- Continue adding the egg and mix again
- And lastly the yolk
- Add half a cup of milk
- Add a splash of vanilla
- Through a sieve, add flour, corn flour and salt
- Preheat the roti maker. Place one scoop of batter then close and wait for 45 seconds
- Open the lid and roll it using 2 sticks
- Let it cool
