Ingredients
- Dough Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
- Filling Ingredients:
6-8 oz bacon
Shredded Mexican cheese
green onion
Directions
- Put yeast, water, flour, salt and sugar in the mixerand knead the dough for 5 minutes. Now add 2 tbsp butter and knead again.
- The dough is ready when it stops sticking to the bench and is smooth place your dough back in your bowl and allow the dough to rise for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Slice the bacon and fru for 2-3 minutes
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces
- Roll the dough out like a really thick pizza
- Take one piece and flatten it with your hand, put cheese and bacon on top and seal the dough.
- Let the rolls sit for 30 minutes then add more cheese, sliced bacon and green onion on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350 F.
