2 Onions (chopped)
1 inch Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
3-4 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 cup Milk
Salt
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
4 Eggs (boiled)
Directions
- Start with the paste for which take Onion, Ginger, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies now grind it to make a smooth paste.
- Now for Curry heat up the Oil, once it is hot add the masala and saute till the oil is separated.
- Then add Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seed Powder (roasted), Garam Masala powder.
- Reduce the flame and saute the ingredients for a moment and then add Cup Milk, stir this continuously till the gravy become thick and creamy.
- Add salt and to make it creamy add Fresh Cream on low flame saute for a bit then add Eggs (as shown in the video). Now cover it and cook it for two minutes, turn the egg and repeat the same.
- Now your Egg Malai Masala is ready to be served.
