Ingredients

  • 2 Onions (chopped)

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 5 Garlic Cloves

  • 3-4 Green Chillies

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream

  • 4 Eggs (boiled)

Directions

  • Start with the paste for which take Onion, Ginger, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies now grind it to make a smooth paste.
  • Now for Curry heat up the Oil, once it is hot add the masala and saute till the oil is separated.
  • Then add Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seed Powder (roasted), Garam Masala powder.
  • Reduce the flame and saute the ingredients for a moment and then add Cup Milk, stir this continuously till the gravy become thick and creamy.
  • Add salt and to make it creamy add Fresh Cream on low flame saute for a bit then add Eggs (as shown in the video). Now cover it and cook it for two minutes, turn the egg and repeat the same.
  • Now your Egg Malai Masala is ready to be served.
