Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Omelette
  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tbsp Onion(chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Tomato(chopped)

  • 1 Green Chilli(chopped)

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Ingredients for Tomato Gravy
  • Butter

  • 1/4 cup Onions

  • 1 Green Chilli(chopped)

  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste

  • 1/8 cup Tomatoes(chopped)

  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

  • Water

  • Salt

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 1 Egg(boiled & chopped)

  • Salt

  • 2 Green Chilli Pepper

  • Ingredients for Sunny Side Up(Half Egg Fry)
  • 1 tsp Butter

  • 1 Egg

Directions

  • Take the egg in a small bowl and add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and salt
  • Now heat a pan and add butter to it
  • Whist the egg mixture and add it to the pan over butter, to make a basic omelet
  • Cook it on both the sides and keep it in a serving plate
  • Now again in the same pan, heat butter and add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, garlic paste and saute it for around a minute, till the raw smell of garlic goes away
  • Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, garam masala; and once they are mixed together, add water to the mix
  • Now mash these masalas using a potato masher
  • Add salt to this mix and allow it to mix over a low flame till it is perfectly cooked
  • Till then, take boiled egg; slice it and place it all over the omelet
  • Once the gravy is cooked, add it over the omelet
  • Now in the same pan, melt butter again and add boiled & chopped egg, salt, green chilli pepper
  • Toss it and allow the egg to cook, till it turns creamy
  • Add this on top of the tomato gravy
  • Now in the same pan again, melt butter, and then, add egg
  • On the upper side add salt, along with the extra butter in the pan, over the egg
  • Now, add the sunny side up over the egg gravy
