6 boiled eggs
½ tsp red chili
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp chopped garlic
¼ tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 chopped green chili
4 tbsp ap flour
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg white
½ tsp garam masala
- Sauce
2 garlic cloves chopped
3 dry red chili pieces
8-10 curry leaves
3 tbsp ketchup
1 chopped green chili
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Directions
- Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs
- Cut the whites and transfer to a bowl
- Mix the chopped boiled white eggs with red chili, salt, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, ap flour, breadcrumbs, and raw egg white
- Add garam masala and give it one last mix
- Create small spherical shapes and deep fry until light golden brown
- In a separate pan, drizzle a bit of cooking oil and add chopped garlic, red chili, curry leaves, and ketchup
- Stir for 2-3 minutes then add the deep-fried eggs
- Garnish with fresh green chili and chopped coriander
