Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs

  • ½ tsp red chili

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp chopped garlic

  • ¼ tsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tbsp curry leaves

  • 1 chopped green chili

  • 4 tbsp ap flour

  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg white

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped

  • 3 dry red chili pieces

  • 8-10 curry leaves

  • 3 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 chopped green chili

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Directions

  • Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs
  • Cut the whites and transfer to a bowl
  • Mix the chopped boiled white eggs with red chili, salt, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, ap flour, breadcrumbs, and raw egg white
  • Add garam masala and give it one last mix
  • Create small spherical shapes and deep fry until light golden brown
  • In a separate pan, drizzle a bit of cooking oil and add chopped garlic, red chili, curry leaves, and ketchup
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes then add the deep-fried eggs
  • Garnish with fresh green chili and chopped coriander
  • Ready to Enjoy!
