Ingredients

  • Butter – 50 gm

  • Fine Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Onion – 2 medium size onion

  • Chopped Tomato – 2 medium size

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Green Chili – 1 chili

  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Water – 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper – 1/2 medium size bell pepper

  • Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/2 medium size bell pepper

  • Garama Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • Boiled Egg – 1 egg grated

  • Milk – 1/2 cup

  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp

  • Fresh Coriander – some

  • Eggs – 4 eggs

  • Water – 1/2 cup

  • Black Pepper Powder – pinch of

  • Salt – pinch of

  • Fresh Coriander – for finishing

Directions

  • Hard Boil 1 egg
  • Chopped Tomato, Onion, Bell Peppers, and Garlic
  • Heat Pan on Medium heat and add 50 gm of butter
  • Once butter melted add find chopped garlic and mix
  • now add chopped Onion and fry onion till translucent.
  • Now add chopped tomato and mix
  • Time to add salt and green chili, mix it well.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes
  • Remove the lid from pan, mash tomato with a spoon
  • Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garam masala
  • Cook for 1 minute on High Flame
  • Add 1 boiled egg grated and mix it well
  • now time to add milk and mix it well
  • Now add Tomato ketchup and fresh coriander and mix it well
  • now add too eggs and mix it well
  • Add Water and Fresh coriander and mix it well
  • Now add 2 more eggs, add some salt and black peppercorns powder, and eggs
  • finish with some fresh coriander.
  • now cover it and cook for another 2 minutes on LOW FLAME.
  • remove the lid and serve it hot with bread or roti
