Butter – 50 gm
Fine Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion – 2 medium size onion
Chopped Tomato – 2 medium size
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Green Chili – 1 chili
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 tbsp
Chopped Red Bell Pepper – 1/2 medium size bell pepper
Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/2 medium size bell pepper
Garama Masala – 1/2 tsp
Boiled Egg – 1 egg grated
Milk – 1/2 cup
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander – some
Eggs – 4 eggs
Water – 1/2 cup
Black Pepper Powder – pinch of
Salt – pinch of
Fresh Coriander – for finishing
Directions
- Hard Boil 1 egg
- Chopped Tomato, Onion, Bell Peppers, and Garlic
- Heat Pan on Medium heat and add 50 gm of butter
- Once butter melted add find chopped garlic and mix
- now add chopped Onion and fry onion till translucent.
- Now add chopped tomato and mix
- Time to add salt and green chili, mix it well.
- Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes
- Remove the lid from pan, mash tomato with a spoon
- Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garam masala
- Cook for 1 minute on High Flame
- Add 1 boiled egg grated and mix it well
- now time to add milk and mix it well
- Now add Tomato ketchup and fresh coriander and mix it well
- now add too eggs and mix it well
- Add Water and Fresh coriander and mix it well
- Now add 2 more eggs, add some salt and black peppercorns powder, and eggs
- finish with some fresh coriander.
- now cover it and cook for another 2 minutes on LOW FLAME.
- remove the lid and serve it hot with bread or roti
